We want you to love your GlowVault purchase. Your satisfaction is our priority.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused, damaged on arrival, or not as described. For hygiene reasons, opened skincare or beauty tools used on skin cannot be returned unless defective.
How to Request a Return
- Email support@glowvault.com with your order number and reason
- We respond within 2 business days with instructions
- Ship the item back using a trackable method
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the return, we process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Wrong Items
Received a damaged or wrong item? Email support@glowvault.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We will send a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
